Platform: NextGeneration supports both PC and Mac.

Preferred Format: High resolution print ready PDF (Please follow our PDF Guide to correctly convert your files into PDF format).

Other Acceptable Formats: eps, tiff, psd, and jpg. In other words we accept files saved from: Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXpress, Publisher and Corel Draw.

You can also send us the native application files: If you do want to send native files, be sure to supply all fonts and linked images that are used in your page layout document. We can not guarantee files created in Microsoft applications will produce high quality images and text. Please refer to your user manual for these applications on how to create a high-resolution PDF for printing. If you cannot create a PDF, check your software's menu to see if there is an option for packaging a file to take to a commercial printer. It may be listed as "package," "pack and go," or simply "take to a commercial printer." Follow those steps for best results. 

Image Mode: CMYK for offset process printing, PMS Spot colors for 1, 2, and 3 color work. RGB is acceptable for digital printing.

Image Resolution: All images need to be 300 dpi or higher at size (100%).

Fonts: All fonts must be included, embedded in the PDF, or saved as outlines.

Bleeds: Bleed margin needs to be 0.125" larger than trim size on all sides unless otherwise specified.
